The Carpentry Department
This department, in a specially constructed building, is where
solid fir wood is prepared for the construction of frames for
double-panels and where the subsequent assembling of the ledges
obtained and the fitting of the honeycomb structures in the fir
wood perimeter is carried out.

The Sectioning Department
In this department the closure sheets for double panels (M.D.F.,
chipboard or plywood) or thick materials such as ledges,
multi-ply etc., are obtained and then veneered.

The Veneering Department
.This is the department where the veneered sheets are selected,
cut, joined and subsequently assembled on either hollow or full
blank panels.

The Pressing Department
This department is equipped with a double plant system, where
both fir wood frames are closed with the appropriate closure
sheets (hollow) and blank panels are laminated with the
previously prepared veneer sheets.

The Edge-squaring Department
On
leaving the pressing department, the panels are not yet ready
for assembly as they do not possess the essential finished
characteristics and are therefore, processed in the
above-mentioned department where they are accurately sized,
squared and when necessary, laminated along their thickness (edging).

The Cutting Department
Furniture is assembled with hardware (specific for each customer)
inserted in preset perforations. This process is carried out in
the cutting department.

The Point-to-Point Department
Perforations for special types of hardware and shapes are made
in this department.

The Honing Department
An
appropriate honing department is available for special
requirements where panels ready for painting can be supplied.
